Good afternoon,
I am almost positive that I used a resource from this site for a class I taught in customer service. It is about a traffic cop who we find out in the end has lost his voice and can't give out of tickets. As a result, the town pays it forward. I think it was sponsored by a car company back in the 1950's and the cop's name was O'Malley.
I want to use it again in a presentation for school....again!!!
